Cancel your deposit for a refund within 48 hours of booking. After 48 hours, the deposit is non-refundable. Change your reservation for free if you’re more than 30 days out. The total balance is due 30 days before arrival—no cancellations or refunds within 30 days. Consider traveler’s insurance for last-minute changes. Four/five night minimum during high/peak season* $500 Mandatory damage deposit required, which will be reimbursed at checkout.
Safety, Security, and Privacy
Please note: All hired personnel (private chefs, car services, bartenders, masseuses, DJs, local guides, concierges, etc.) must be contracted through Costa Rica Elite. This rule is enforced to ensure our guests’ safety, security, and privacy. Guests are welcome to have additional visitors and entertainers, but the booking guest agrees to take full responsibility for them. All visitors and entertainers are expected to adhere to the property’s rules and conditions throughout their stay. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
